South African Golf Vacations
Why South Africa?
There are two reasons why it's a good idea to plan your next golfing holiday in South Africa. The first is the fact that green fees are very reasonable compared to many other parts of the world. The second is far more important. We have lots of fantastic courses, many in absolutely beautiful surroundings. You'll probably want to hang around the
Garden Route or the North and South Coasts of
KwaZulu-Natal if golf is your reason for being (and reason for being here) rather than just something you do occasionally. In both these areas, there are dozens of fantastically scenic clubs and resorts, so you could play a different course every day for a week or two before you'd have to start repeating yourself.
Another very important consideration, is that both these areas offer fantastic alternatives for non-golfing companions, so it's also good for relationships. Not surprisingly, the area around
Johannesburg is well endowed with some fantastic venues and you could spend a week doing nothing but driving from (to and on) a different course every day. But even if you don't have that kind of time available, it's worth bringing your clubs if you're going to be in the city on business. And, naturally, there are courses in the other major cities and even in the most unlikely small
centres.
A South African golf holiday includes top championship and holiday resort golf courses in South Africa, luxury accommodation, gourmet dining, and guided assistance from start to finish on your South Africa golf holidays. Of course there is also the thrill of the
African Big Five to compliment your South African golfing holidays.
There is no doubt that South Africa has quickly established itself as a golf holiday destination of world-class standard – all year-round perfect weather, manicured golf courses, modern first-world amenities and standards ensure a South African golf holiday is a truly memorable golf, holiday and personal experience.
Each golfing holiday in South Africa is built to suit the visitor and can include pristine beaches, World Heritage sites, wildlife and complete relaxation – all within a favourable exchange rate, which works to the advantage of the tourist.
