of nature’s wonders from huge mountains to glittering white beaches and
the country’s largest remaining indigenous forest, the Tsitsikamma. A
major attraction in the area is the Outeniqua Choo Tjoe, an historic steam
train that travels between George and the town of Knysna, where you can
pick up enjoyable ferry rides on the lagoon. It is possible to go hiking
along Fancourt’s leisure trail or try a spot of bird-watching, as the
